Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request an introduction, we collect your name, email, company, who referred you, the service you’re interested in, and anything you choose to tell us.

Booking information. When you book an introduction, our scheduling tool (Google Calendar) collects your name, email, and your answer to our booking question.

Email. If you email us, we keep that correspondence.

Website usage. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect standard information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This information may be collected using cookies.

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and hold meetings, provide services you engage us for, and understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else’s marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the firm, such as our website host, email and calendar provider (Google Workspace), and analytics tools, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Financial records and business information shared during an engagement are kept confidential and are governed by our engagement agreement. We never share client names or details without written permission.

We keep inquiry and correspondence records as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing partners@marginandmark.com. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take care to limit access to the people who need it.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
